Leeds United's next five fixtures compared to relegation rivals ahead of Premier League run-in

Leeds United are one of nine Premier League teams battling from relegation in what is shaping up to be one of the closest finishes to a season in the competition's history.

The 5-1 defeat to Crystal Palace has somewhat taken the wind out of the sails that Javi Gracia had brought to shore, but they are by no means at panic stations. The manner of the defeat and accompanying scoreline will be more of a concern to the Spaniard than the result itself, but the former Watford boss would have seen enough from his squad by now to know they can bounce back from this.

Every point gained ahead of the final weekend takes more and more pressure off the possibility of needing a May day miracle, something that Leeds fans are all too familiar with. The next fixtures for the clubs in the bottom-half of the table could therefore prove the difference between finishing in the bottom three or not next month.
