As Javi Gracia finalises the paperwork and signs his name to become Leeds United's newest head coach, the club's history of hiring managers in February might not be the first thing on his mind.
It's no secret that the club is in almost the exact same situation as it was last season - bringing in a new manager to try and narrowly avoid relegation to the Championship.
However, Jesse Marsch's appointment last year and Gracia's reported arrival are not the only recent high-profile mid-season managers that have turned up to lead the Whites in February until the end of the season.

So with that in mind, we took a look at Leeds United's past February hires and looked at how their seasons ended.
Neil Warnock - February 2012
Leeds' 2011/12 campaign had started well with them challenging for playoff places all the way into December but a torrid run of form over that spring saw manager Simon Grayson replaced by interim Neil Redfearn who in turn moved aside for Neil Warnock to take over with the club in 10th.
Despite Warnock's experience, their league position actually worsened as a result of his appointment as a 14th-place finish capped off a season to forget for Leeds fans.
Of the 14 matches he was in charge of that season, Warnock won just three matches and managed 13 points from a possible 42 which including a 7-3 thrashing from Nottingham Forest.
Paul Heckingbottom - February 2018
Paul Heckingbottom didn't have it much better than Warnock did in terms of results. After a similar season of early success ruined by mid-season woes, Heckingbottom was put in charge to replace Thomas Christensen.
Given just 16 matches before he himself was sacked, Heckingbottom gave the Whites some stability at the start of his reign but with just four wins in total, and a run of nine games with one win in the middle of his tenure, it was clear the relationship wasn't going to work.
Despite two wins in his last three games as Whites boss, Heckingbottom could only get a 13th-place finish although Leeds fans would soon rejoice when Marcelo Bielsa was announced just two weeks later.
Jesse Marsch - February 2022
Jesse Marsch came into Leeds United at a time of desperation. With the fans having to part ways with beloved manager Bielsa, it would be a tough ask of the American to immediately win over the supporters.
And despite Marsch actually being the man Gracia is replacing with his appointment to the role at Elland Road, the former Whites boss actually guided them to safety in the 12 games remaining that year.
Despite two losses to Leicester City and Aston Villa to begin his tenure, Marsch would win three of his next five with another two draws to dig the Whites out of the drop zone.
Whilst that was followed up by three successive losses, the very definition of late goals came against Brighton and Brentford in their last two matches of the season to barely scrape past Burnley and secure another season of Premier League football.
