Here are the latest Leeds United transfer rumours on Wednesday, December 28 2022.
Ndoye interest
Leeds United are reportedly interested in signing FC Basel attacker Dan Ndoye, according to the Daily Mail. This comes after reports from the Telegraph indicated earlier this month that three Premier League sides are interested in the 22-year-old ahead of January, with Leeds one of them.
Ndoye is a versatile forward who can play both out wide and down the middle, scoring eight goals and providing 11 assists in 67 appearances for the Swiss outfit. Whether he is the type of forward that fits the bill for Leeds, though, remains to be seen, with Jesse Marsch's side very much in need of an out and out number nine.

Wagner race
Newcastle United have reportedly joined Leeds United in the race to sign Philadelphia Union left back Kai Wagner in January. That is according to Tribal Football, who claim that French side Nice are also keen with competition set to be high for the signature of the German.
Leeds have been linked with a move for Wagner since the summer but opted against bringing a new left back in, which has seen Pascal Struijk continue to have to fill in there. Wagner has been one of MLS' standout performers in recent years and provided nine assists last season.
