Leeds United (3-4-3)
1 Illan Meslier
If Chelsea's finishing had been better he would have needed to do a lot more, but apart from helplessly watching as the goals went in, Meslier was not required to make too many saves. Distribution was no worse than the passes being misplaced by his teammates across the field. 6
5 Robin Koch
Put in some half-decent passes by the low standards set across the team. Didn't fair too badly when he came up against Marcos Alonso. Headed what needed to be headed when it came his way. 4
14 Diego Llorente
Much like Sunday, not brilliant, but in a team under pressure for most of the game, Llorente was solid enough around the box until that error before the third, which was hard to watch. 3

6 Liam Cooper (c)
Not at the high standards he set before this latest injury, but like his defensive counterparts, Cooper was solid around a box which felt under threat all night. Some very good tackles in the second half to deny Chelsea opportunities. 4
10 Raphinha
Carried the Leeds threat whenever it did break into the opposition half, but none of the match-winning quality needed to lift this dire team display. Ran himself into the ground. 4
23 Kalvin Phillips
Fighting against a massive tide as he was at the weekend. Not much he can do with a game in these circumstances. 4
26 Lewis Bate
Steady on his debut in such difficult circumstances. Will be questions about his coverage of Mason Mount for the opener. Outmuscled at times, but passing was solid enough at short distances. 4
21 Pascal Struijk
Not tight enough to Reece James and too easily passed for the assist into Mount. Like so many, simple passes went astray as the team failed to get out of their half time after time. 3
20 Daniel James
An abysmal decision to go in as high as he did on Mateo Kovacic. So unnecessary and needless, especially after the lesson taught by Luke Ayling just three days earlier. 2
19 Rodrigo
Recreated his Aston Villa nadir. A dire display and poor body language to go with it. Basic passes went astray and was too often seen languidly walking after losing possession. 2
22 Jack Harrison
Anonymous and zero impact in the attacking third. 3
Substitutes
13 Kristoffer Klaesson
3 Junior Firpo (on for Harrison 37min)
No calamities. 4
30 Joe Gelhardt (on for Raphinha 78min)
Game long lost by the time he came on to protect Raphinha. No platform for him to build from. N/A
33 Leo Hjelde
35 Charlie Cresswell
42 Sam Greenwood
43 Mateusz Klich (on for Bate 59min)
A body on the field sticking a boot in here and there. 4
46 Jamie Shackleton
63 Archie Gray
