Leeds United (4-2-3-1)
1 Illan Meslier
Good saves at full stretch from Mason Mount and Reece James, as well as a charge-down on (the offside) Conor Gallagher caught the eye. Match the incredible output of the outfield players. 8
25 Rasmus Kristensen
Recovered from another opposition opening down his flank inside 45 seconds and put in a very solid performance. Passes weren't always accurate, but found himself regularly enough in the right place to block and disrupt Chelsea attacks. 7
5 Robin Koch
Outstanding display at the heart of defence. The German never seemed to put a foot wrong. Raheem Sterling got no change out of him all afternoon. 9

14 Diego Llorente
Didn't see as much match traffic as Koch, but just as sound in the backline. One little twist on the edge of the Chelsea box nearly saw an away counter cut through. 8
21 Pascal Struijk
Ruben Loftus-Cheek and Kai Havertz were dealt with superbly. Read everything and never seemed exposed. 8
12 Tyler Adams
Excellent. Just as his previous outings had promised, the American was a pest across the field. Read danger expertly and never stopped bothering the visitors. 9
8 Marc Roca
Not quite as many successful tackles as Adams, but just as committed. Brought control. Never allowed the Chelsea pairing a moment's peace. Brought composure and leadership at times too. 8
20 Daniel James
Not quite as blockbuster as some of his team-mates in attack, but his pressing, harrying and hassling was superb. Brings the needle we saw in spades down the run-in last term. 7
7 Brenden Aaronson
Outrageously good. Fits into this system like a hand in glove. His attributes suit a narrow attack brilliantly. A nightmare on the half-turn for defenders. Passing and vision there for setting others too. Apt his goal came via his work rate and pressing. 9
11 Jack Harrison
Dribbling, pace and set-piece deliveries were excellent. Reece James is one of the country's best right-backs and Harrison gave him more than enough to think about. 8
19 Rodrigo
The story continues. The division's top-scorer makes it four goals in three games. Took more shots than any other Leeds player, lead from the front, applied pressure and showed quality in the final third. Looked a leader. 8
Substitutes
13 Kristoffer Klaesson
4 Adam Forshaw (on for Roca 61min)
Steady presence in the middle. Not that Leeds needed it especially. Firmly in control throughout. 7
10 Crysencio Summerville
23 Luis Sinisterra (on for James 70min)
Didn't quite see the same joy out of the backline as some of his team-mates, but valuable minutes banked. 6
30 Joe Gelhardt (on for Rodrigo 83min)
Late change to save some legs. N/A
33 Leo Hjelde
37 Cody Drameh
42 Sam Greenwood (on for Harrison 82min)
Late change to save some legs. N/A
43 Mateusz Klich (on for Aaronson 83min)
Late change to save some legs. N/A
