Alexi Lalas has slammed Leeds United pair Tyler Adams and Weston McKennie for their recent conduct on the pitch.
Adams and McKennie were both cautioned for their involvement in a melee in front of the away supporters at Goodison Park in Leeds' 1-0 defeat against Everton.
McKennie has already received three bookings in just four league appearances for Leeds, while Adams has been handed two yellow cards in his last three. Lalas admires the fighting spirit of both players but has urged them to tone their aggression down on the pitch.

"Stop trying to be a hard a** and just pass the ball and just make the tackles that you can do and you can still be physical and get those 'oohs' and 'ahhs' without getting in the face of somebody every single time you feel you've been aggrieved, which is sometimes what we're seeing with Tyler Adams," Lalas told the State of the Union podcast.
"I love that he stands up for himself, I love that he stands up for his teammates but at times you look around and you're like 'what are you standing up for right now?' It was just a hard tackle or something like that. You're creating an incident or creating an altercation where it doesn't need to be."
