Cristiano Ronaldo makes '€1billion feet' claim to Weston McKennie
Weston McKennie will be settling in at Elland Road and getting to know his new surroundings this week. His American connections with Tyler Adams and Brenden Aaronson will no doubt help him get up to speed with life as a White.
Teammates come and go in football as players move clubs, but playing alongside Cristiano Ronaldo will live long in the memory for McKennie. And now the 24-year-old has revealed an interesting interaction he had with the five-time Ballon d'Or winner during their time together at Juventus.

In a behind-the-scenes video from the club, Leeds' newest arrival said: " One story with Ronaldo, he was getting a massage and I was walking by and [I] said, 'Oh my gosh, your feet look terrible!' and he said 'My friend, these feet are worth one billion euros'. I said 'You're right, respect'."
Although nobody within the Leeds dressing room may have feet worth that much money, McKennie certainly won't be intimidated moving to a Premier League squad as a new arrival, having gone toe-to-toe - quite literally - with Ronaldo.
The free agents Leeds United can still sign beyond January transfer deadline
Leeds United had a bumper transfer window this month, with four new signings and the departures of six players.
Georginio Rutter became Leeds ' club record signing when he joined from Bundesliga outfit Hoffenheim earlier this month, while Max Wober was reunited with Jesse Marsch following his arrival from Red Bull Salzburg. The late arrivals of Weston McKennie and Diogo Monteiro have also bolstered the squad heading into the second half of the season.

Permanent deals for Max Wober and Georginio Rutter may have dominated LEeds United’s headlines for much of the January transfer window, but there was a final flourish in the closing days of the month. Weston McKennie has technically arrived on loan, but all parties expect him to become a long-term Leeds player in the summer.
