Scoring five times in 38 appearances, the former York City man took to social media following the Valiants Wembley win, describing it as one of his 'favourite career moments'.
With his Leeds contract set to expire in May of this year, it seems likely that the forward will now depart Elland Road this summer and seek pastures new.
O'Brien links
Leeds United are reportedly set to reignite their interest in Huddersfield Town midfielder Lewis O'Brien, a player the Whites were heavily linked with last summer. O'Brien has been one of Huddersfield's key players this season, helping the Terriers to a third-place finish in the Championship.
They overcame the Championship's surprise story of the season, Luton Town, in the play-offs to secure their place at Wembley, where they will face off against Nottingham Forest for a spot in the Premier League. Full story can be read here.
Dallas influence hailed
Northern Ireland boss Ian Baraclough believes Stuart Dallas' presence would give the whole Northern Ireland squad a boost ahead of their summer Nations League campaign. Baraclough and co are set to hold a senior training camp this week as they look to prepare for June fixtures against Greece, Kosovo and Cyprus home and away.
Leeds United's Dallas will play no part in the Nations League games after his season was ended following a nasty collision with Manchester City midfielder Jack Grealish in late April, which resulted in the former breaking his leg. Full story is available here.
