Here are the latest Leeds United evening headlines on Monday, July 10.
Rasmus Kristensen transfer hold-up explained
The trail linking Leeds United defender Rasmus Kristensen with a move to Serie A side Roma has gone quiet in recent days, after reports suggesting that the Dane would be following his Whites team-mate Diego Llorente to Jose Mourinho's side.
Llorente completed his return to the Italian capital on loan on Saturday morning, but the chatter surrounding Kristensen has gone somewhat quiet since the Italian media broke the story last month.
Now, according to Corriere dello Sport (via Sport Witness), the reason for the hold-up has been explained. They claim that Roma defender Rick Karsdorp is digging his heels in over leaving the club, who need to free up a space in the squad before bringing in Kristensen.

Karsdorp is said to have 'no intention' of leaving the club, meaning they must now either force him out, or potentially sell Zeki Celik in order to accommodate a move for Kristsensen.
'No hesitation' for Diego Llorente in Leeds United departure for AS Roma
Diego Llorente says he didn't hesitate for one second after returning to AS Roma this summer. The Leeds United defender has returned to the Serie A outfit on a season-long loan after spending the second-half of last season with Jose Mourinho's side.
The Spaniard made 12 appearances for the Europa League finalists, nine in Serie A and three in their European campaign - where they were beaten by Sevilla in the final. Llorente had just signed fresh terms at Elland Road during the winter break for the World Cup in Qatar, a move that puzzled supporters at the time.
The 29-year-old made the move to the Stadio Olimpico in January and there had been talk about the move becoming a permanent one this summer. However, Roma are said to have been put off by the €18million asking price set by Leeds, which has resulted in another loan.
Charles De Ketelaere slammed for snubbing Leeds United for AC Milan move
A Club Brugge insider has reportedly issued a damning verdict of former Leeds United target Charles De Ketelaere after struggling in his debut season with AC Milan. The Belgian striker opted for a move to the Italian side, snubbing Jesse Marsch's Whites, after a breakout campaign in his native country.
The 22-year-old scored 18 goals and assisted another 10 in 48 appearances at Brugge but managed just one assist and failed to score in 40 appearances with Milan. Leeds were linked with a loan move for De Ketelaere in January, but he'd stay at the San Siro.
A report from HLN, sees a Club Brugge insider claim Leeds United was a better move for the striker, claiming this season at AC Milan was written in the stars.
