Here are your latest Leeds United evening headlines for Thursday, April 6.
Former Whites attacker announces retirement aged 26
Former Leeds United loanee Izzy Brown has been forced to retire from professional football at the age of 26 due to an Achilles injury.
Brown spent the 2018/19 season on loan at Elland Road, but played just twice for the Whites across all competitions. He had joined Leeds shortly after recovering from a cruciate ligament rupture, and was hampered with a hamstring injury during his solitary season in West Yorkshire.

The former England under-20 international became the fourth youngest player in Premier League history for West Brom aged 16 years and 117 days old in 2013.
He earned a lucrative move to Chelsea that summer, but would ultimately embark on a series of loan spells at Vitesse Arnhem, Rotherham, Huddersfield, Brighton, Luton and Sheffield Wednesday, as well as Leeds.
The 26-year-old was released by Chelsea in 2021 and spent last season at Preston. He was unable to feature for Preston due to injury and has been without a club since his contract expired at Deepdale at the end of last season.
In a statement, Brown revealed: "Football doesn't define me as a person. I'm a father, son, brother and a friend and I will still be all of that after football.
"I've lived my dream and have memories that will stay with me forever."
Leeds United's response to 'pressure' talk as Javi Gracia answers points total needed question
Leeds United head coach Javi Gracia says there has been no sense of any pressure easing at the club despite a rise in the league ladder. The premier League table looks much healthier from a Leeds perspective after taking seven points from the last 12 on offer.
Tuesday night's win over Nottingham Forest has lifted the mood of supporters, but there has been no sign of any change in focus or desire at the Leeds training ground insists Gracia. The Whites boss knows his side are still in a precarious position, albeit with an opportunity to start to build a gap on the basement strugglers with a further victory over Crystal Palace this Sunday.
Ahead of the game, the Leeds boss was asked if anything had changed following the win over Forest this week.
Gary Neville and Jamie Carragher disagree over Leeds United relegation verdict amid 'hardened' claim
Sky Sports pundits Gary Neville and Jamie Carragher have disagreed on whether Leeds United will avoid relegation and if they're ready for the battle in the business-end on the season.
The Whites are currently sat in 13th following their 2-1 win over drop zone rivals Nottingham Forest on Tuesday night, having jumped up five places out of the bottom three.
But with the picture around the drop zone so close, as places 12th to 20th are separated by only seven points, Neville believes that Javi Gracia's side will get over the line.
