Charles de Ketelaere does not 'regret' Leeds United snub amid AC Milan struggles
Former Leeds United target Charles de Ketelaere says he does not 'regret' joining AC Milan back in the summer despite a 'difficult' debut campaign at the San Siro.

Leeds were involved in a transfer saga with AC Milan over the Belgian international's signature. The Whites had tabled the biggest offer but it was AC Milan who De Ketelaere had his mind set on joining.
However, the 22-year-old has endured a disappointing campaign in Italy - failing to score in 31 games across all competitions, and registering just one assist.
“Disappointing. Indeed, negative. This certainly wasn’t my expectation,” De Ketelaere told Het Laaste Nieuws.
“After an excellent season with Club Brugge and after my transfer to Milan, which I don’t regret, I would have hoped to be more important than I have been up to now.
“There are so many reasons (why I am struggling). One is the environment – a higher level of football – and the adaptation to many things. (Such as) life off the pitch.”
Weston McKennie’s USMNT display shows he could possess secret weapon for Leeds United
Weston McKennie may well have surprised Javi Gracia during the international break.
Unless the American is scoring for fun on the training ground at Thorp Arch, Gracia would have been left scratching his head when he woke up on Saturday morning.
McKennie got on the scoresheet not once, but twice during the USA's 7-1 demolition of Grenada in their CONCACAF Nations League match. And what remarkably different finishes they were.
Everything said on Illan Meslier's Leeds United future as fresh links established
Illan Meslier's future at Leeds United has been a topic of much debate since rumours started to swirl around the 21-year-old at the start of the January transfer window.
This season has arguably been his best in a Whites shirt so far, and with teams across Europe already starting to plan their moves for the summer market, the Frenchman has been one many are keeping an eye on.
Teams such as Premier League rivals Chelsea, Manchester United and Tottenham have all been linked with the star, alongside major European competition like Bayern Munich.
