Adam Forshaw reveals what life is like behind the scenes at Leeds United under Jesse Marsch
Leeds United midfielder Adam Forshaw has revealed just what life is like at Leeds United under Jesse Marsch. The American manager replaced Whites legend Marcelo Bielsa in Feburary with Leeds in a real tailspin.
However, they managed to rally under Marsch who kept them up last term and is looking to help Leeds kick on this season.

And in an interview with the MailOnline, Forshaw spoke at length with Danny Murphy about what sort of character Marsch is and how he runs the show behind the scenes.
"It was hard for Jesse to transition us in the middle of a dogfight. Six weeks of pre-season was the biggest period to get us restructured but we still run a lot, that is in the lads' DNA," said Forshaw.
"As a character, he is very personable. You walk past his office, the door is literally open. There are bits of different terminology, full-backs are outside-backs and you hear him mention red zones [between the lines]. But you quickly pick up on it.
"He's nice but can switch if he needs to. After one game, a couple of substitutes grumbled about doing pitch runs and he's made it clear: 'That is your f***ing job'.
"We were doing phase play in training and [goalkeeper] IIlan Meslier gave a slow pass out, a sloppy one. Jesse ordered him to do it again, which the lads weren't expecting. Illan gave another slow one and Jesse has ripped into him. Five minutes later, the gaffer is laughing, saying 'I still love you'. It was a different side from the manager that the lads respect."
Jesse Marsch has an easy Leeds United decision while Aston Villa man could face hostile welcome
Leeds United are finally set to feature in the Premier League again later today when they take on Steven Gerrard's Aston Villa.
The Whites' last domestic outing saw them dismantled 5-2 by an Ivan Toney inspired Brentford. The passing of Queen Elizabeth II meant their recent games Nottingham Forest and Manchester United were postponed, leaving Leeds without a league fixture for nearly a month.
One point of discussion ahead of the Elland Road clash is the fact Jesse Marsch will be forced to watch the game from the stands following his red card he received against Brentford. And it's just one of the things our own Beren Cross has picked out to watch out for ahead of the game.
