Leeds United were dealt a major blow when Tyler Adams was ruled out of the Whites' preparations for Wolves last month and the American is set for an extended spell on the sidelines. Nonetheless, Javi Gracia's side picked up a vital three points in that clash and had taken six points from a possible 9 available following the defeat at Arsenal, with Adams' absence not particularly hard felt.
It's a respectable return, but last weekend's thrashing against Crystal Palace saw Leeds come crashing back down to earth. The Whites had dominated the first-half but were level at the break with Roy Hodgson's side scoring on the bring of half-time.
Leeds' soft underbelly was exposed in a second-half collapse. It's always difficult to digest a result and scoreline like last weekend, but it's fair to suggest Adams would have made that scoreline less emphatic.

The combative midfielder has earned ample plaudits in his debut season with Leeds United, with a number of high profile clubs, including Manchester United linked with a move for the USA international. Adams ranks second in the Premier League with successful tackles in the top flight with 89, behind Fulham's Joao Palhinha who has 105.
The American is in elite company with Brighton's Moises Caicedo in third with 80 appearances and highly rated. Pascal Struijk is the Leeds United player with the second highest tackles won at 71, with Marc Roca in third place with 57.
The Whites lacked a midfield bite in the second-half against the Eagles but know they can ill afford a repeat when Liverpool arrive at Elland Road on Monday.
