Leeds United could reportedly turn to Villarreal and Senegal striker Boulaye Dia in a bid to boost their striker ranks.
With first-choice forward Patrick Bamford having failed to score in the Premier League this season amid injury concerns, the goalscoring burden has fallen upon Rodrigo's shoulders at Elland Road.
Despite boasting an impressive record of nine goals in just 13 league outings, the Spaniard is not considered an out-and-out striker and is likely to require support in attack across the second half of the campaign if the Whites are to maintain their threat in front of goal.

And according to Gazzetta Dello Sport, Leeds carry an interest in Dia, with the player reportedly keen to use the World Cup as a chance to impress potential suitors. The 26-year-old is currently enjoying a productive loan spell in Serie A at Salernitana.
Dia has caught the eye in Italy having scored six goals and provided two assists from 14 appearances for the 12th-placed side. He started Senegal's opening match of the World Cup in Qatar as Aliou Cissé's side were defeated 2-0 by the Netherlands on Monday.
Before signing for Villarreal last year, Dia netted 28 times in 88 appearances for Ligue 1 outfit Stade de Reims. Although the jump to Spanish football proved one too great, as he scored just five times for the Yellow Submarine last season.
It is believed Salernitana’s loan agreement also contains an option to make the move permanent for a fee of around £13m, providing a potential stumbling block if Leeds were to make a move.
Dia has made 20 international appearances for the AFCON champions and is said to be interested in a possible move to England.
