Leeds United have been hit with a second misconduct charge in as many weeks by the FA in relation to crowd control. The Whites were charged last week for an incident during their home clash with Newcastle United last month, as Magpies boss Eddie Howe was confronted by a fan on the touchline.
However, the Whites have now received a second misconduct accusation from the governing body. This charge is in relation to an incident that occurred in the 20th minute of their 2-2 draw against Brighton and Hove Albion at Elland Road on March 11.
The FA statement does not provide more information than that, but the club will have until next week to contest or respond.

The statement reads: “Leeds United FC has been charged with misconduct for a crowd control incident that happened during its game against Brighton & Hove Albion FC in the Premier League on Saturday 11 March.
“It’s alleged that the club failed to ensure its spectators and/or supporters - and anyone purporting to be its supporters or followers - conducted themselves in an orderly fashion during the 20th minute and do not use words or behaviour that are improper, offensive, abusive, indecent, or insulting with reference to sexual orientation.
“Leeds United FC has until Wednesday 21 June to provide a response.”
