Leeds United fans' XI for Chelsea clash as supporters make key Patrick Bamford decision

Leeds United supporters would not start Patrick Bamford for the Whites' clash against Chelsea on Sunday. The striker is an injury doubt after hobbling off in the 2-2 draw at Southampton last weekend.

Jesse Marsch admitted in his pre-match press-conference that a late decision will be made as to whether Bamford features against Chelsea. However, LeedsLive readers have had their say, and they would like to see Joe Gelhardt come in to replace Bamford for his first start of the season

The 20-year-old striker missed last weekend's game against the Saints, but Marsch confirmed that he is fully fit for the Whites' third fixture of the new Premier League season.

However, other than Gelhardt's inclusion, Leeds supporters would like to see Marsch line-up with exactly the same team that faced Wolves and Southampton. Therefore, Whites followers want to see Illan Meslier in goal, with Ramus Kristensen, Robin Koch, Diego Llorente and Pascal Struijk making up the defensive unit, even though captain Liam Cooper has a chance of featuring against Chelsea.

Marc Roca and Tyler Adams are expected to be the two central midfielders, with Brenden Aaronson, Jack Harrison, Gelhardt and the in-form Rodrigo Moreno making up the attacking quartet.

The XI Leeds supporters have selected to face Chelsea: Meslier; Kristensen, Koch, Llorente, Struijk; Roca, Adams; Aaronson, Gelhardt, Harrison; Rodrigo.
