If you were to bet on who would be Leeds United's main star going into this season simply based on the last two years alone, it'd be Jack Harrison. The 26-year-old's breakout years in the Premier League saw him put away eight goals in both, while hitting eight assists in his first top-flight campaign.
In the Whites' last season in the Championship, he managed six goals and eight assists and was always a goalscorer in his limited minutes in the MLS over the pond where he netted 14 times.
But this season has been slightly different for Harrison. After talks of potentially going to the World Cup in November after flying out of the blocks with three assists and a goal in Jesse Marsch's side's first three league matches, just one goal involvement in the league since, amidst the rising talent of the rest of the squad, has made many question whether he'll even be at Elland Road much longer.

When enticing teams with rich histories like Ajax are knocking on your door, or exciting, attacking styles of play at Atalanta are ready to welcome you with open arms, and you're struggling for form at a side in the bottom-half of the Premier League, whose head wouldn't be turned?
As Jesse Marsch continues to polish his 19-year-old £4m needle-in-a-haystack Willy Gnonto, and dips into the transfer market for another attacking option in the form of Georginio Rutter, why would Harrison feel like sticking around?
In fact, of all the options Marsch has used in his attacking third this season, only Brenden Aaronson has less goal involvements than Harrison despite him having over double the minutes of Gnonto, and almost triple the minutes of Luis Sinisterra in the Premier League this year.
Even other teams in England's top-flight have been linked with the 26-year-old, as Arsenal reportedly see him as a perfect replacement signing after being beaten to Mykhailo Mudryk by Chelsea and could be reunited with Mikel Arteta after the pair worked together during his time with Manchester City.
High-flyers Newcastle United were also interested, and had two failed bids in the summer before opting against the reported price tag of £35 million that Leeds put on his head.
As all of these teams look for someone to sign to fit their plans, fit their strategies for the next five, or even ten years, Harrison could yet be a name many look at despite his struggles on the pitch this season.
