Leeds United's Brenden Aaronson and Tyler Adams are out to cause an upset at the World Cup later this month. The United States duo will kick start their campaign against Wales before going toe-to-toe with the Three Lions on Friday, 25 November.
Gareth Southgate's side are among the favourites to win the competition after reaching the Euro 2020 finals last year. Confidence among the Three Lions fanbase is not quite as high, with Gareth Southgate's side hoping to avoid a major disaster like Brazil in 2014 and get out of the group.
Speaking to Sky Sports ahead of the game against Tottenham, Adams said: "I think it'll really set in once that game is over [against Tottenham] and we're gearing up and on the plane heading to Qatar. Once you get on that plane in your US gear, your US tracksuit, it'll start to set in then and you're heading to the biggest moment for a footballer in their career.

"All the English players say that we're going to get killed. All the guys that aren't from England are saying 'we're rooting for you guys, I've got it down as the upset at the World Cup.'
"It's an exciting one. It's a really cool opportunity because you're playing abroad here in England in the best league in the world against some of the best players in the world. To match up against them now on an international level will be fun."
Aaronson added: "To be fair, it's been a crazy, hectic couple of weeks we've been playing. With all the results, games, it's been really crazy and then to find out you're going to be a part of the roster, it hasn't really set in at all.
"For me it's an incredible honour to be a part of it and I'm ready to go."
