Leeds United defender Liam Cooper has been including in Scotland's squad for the side's upcoming bout of both FIFA World Cup Play-off and UEFA Nations League fixtures.
The 30-year-old staved off relegation with the Whites on the final day of the 21/22 season, and will look to secure the Tartan Army's place at next year's competition.
Having been born in nearby Hull, Cooper is a proud Yorkshireman, but chose to represent Scotland due to his paternal grandfather who was born in Bo'ness.

With 13 caps already to his name, Cooper's last appearance came back in November 2021, as Clarke's side ran out 2-0 winners over Denmark at Hampden Park.
With the potential of facing England at this year's winter World Cup in Qatar up for grabs, the 30-year-old last spoke regarding his international pedigree following the win over Kasper Hjulmand's side.
“I have been around the game long enough now, I know what my role is,” he said. “If I am in the team I have to try and keep my shirt. If not, I have to push the lads in front of me. That’s just the way it is.
“I think that is the atmosphere we have to generate around the place. I am one of the older lads in the group now. Hopefully I can use some of that experience and help get the best out of the boys.”
