Summerville’s streak to continue?
Crysencio Summerville is one of the few starters from last weekend you might expect to continue for Leeds United tonight. The 21-year-old has not had as many minutes as most of Saturday’s side, so he should not be in the fitness red zone.
There’s a lot to be said for form and feeding it too. After scoring in three games on the bounce, a run at a rotated Wolverhampton Wanderers may be just what the Dutch winger needs.
The last man to score four on the bounce for the Whites? Ross McCormack in March 2014.

Firpo to return?
After starting the summer as United’s bona fide first-choice (and soon-to-be only) left-back, Junior Firpo is now firmly behind Pascal Struijk in the pecking order. Firpo’s fitness set him back and then less-than-convincing comeback appearances have kept the ball in Struijk’s court.
Strujk’s young enough to accommodate matches in quick succession, but the temptation will be strong to keep Firpo ticking over with the minutes he needs. Firpo has to be kept sharp so he’s ready to go if anything happens to Struijk.
Who forms the pivot?
Saturday’s match-changer Sam Greenwood looks the most obvious change in the engine room, with Marc Roca due a sit-down, but might Jesse Marsch be tempted to tinker yet further? Adam Forshaw, the obvious replacement for Tyler Adams, remains out, but Darko Gyabi is waiting in the wings.
The former Manchester City man was absent from Monday’s under-21 match and has impressed throughout the year for Michael Skubala’s side. Adams did get a breather when Fulham visited, so would be ready to play, but Tottenham Hotspur deserves respect and rested legs.
Harrison set for a breather?
Wilfried Gnonto looks very ready for a full debut. The 19-year-old could not have done much more, apart from score, in his two recent cameos from the bench and is surely ready-made for Molineux tonight.
Jack Harrison, in direct contrast, has declined in recent weeks and looks more in need of a rest than most in this team. His more pressing concern may be about his weekend start than tonight’s.
Gelhardt gets long overdue minutes?
The 20-year-old prodigy has taken a back seat this season and watched his peers soak up the limelight he was bathing in last season. While Marsch flits between the inconsistent pair of Rodrigo and Patrick Bamford, Joe Gelhardt’s been making do with anything up to 16 minutes from the bench and no time to make a big impact.
Gelhardt has gone beyond 16 minutes for United once since September 3 and that was in Premier League 2 with the under-21s. He is badly in need of the match time Marsch says he has been deserving in training.
