Leeds United have confirmed their team for Thursday’s friendly with Brisbane Roar at Cbus Super Stadium in Gold Coast, Australia. Rasmus Kristensen and Brenden Aaronson make their first starts, while Jack Harrison looks set to play at left-back.
Tyler Adams, Darko Gyabi and Luis Sinisterra are on the bench and hoping to make their debuts as substitutes. Illan Meslier, Liam Cooper and Leo Hjelde are missing from the squad entirely.
With Junior Firpo and Stuart Dallas injured, Leif Davis was regarded as the only natural left-back in the travelling party this summer. However, the 22-year-old is on the bench and Harrison, who Jesse Marsch touted as a full-back yesterday, looks set to start there this morning.

Cooper and Hjelde had knocks which Marsch mentioned, but Meslier’s absence is a mystery. Academy goalkeeper Harry Christy is among the subs, while Kristoffer Klaesson gets a rare start.
Adam Forshaw will wear the armband in the absence of Cooper, Luke Ayling and Dallas. Rodrigo is expected to begin on the right side of the attack, as he did last week against Blackpool.
Leeds United: Klaesson; Kristensen, Koch, Struijk, Harrison; Forshaw (c), Roca; Rodrigo, Aaronson, James; Gelhardt.
Substitutes: Bamford, Adams, Llorente, Gyabi, Sinisterra, Davis, Drameh, Summerville, Greenwood, Klich, Gray, Christy.
