Leeds United's Jesse Marsch believes honesty is the best policy when it comes to his own personal style of coaching.
Since his arrival at Elland Road in February earlier this year, Marsch has made it well known that he tries to engage as much as possible with his players on a more personal level.
Open, honest and frank are three words that sum up the American's style of coaching which is one Marsch feels may divide opinion at times.

The Leeds boss is nothing if not committed to this approach, which is one he believes will pay dividends when it comes to helping his players development.
Of course, that can leave him open to criticism when things do not always work out. In recent games, the American coach has become increasingly animated on the touchline - which led to him getting sent off against Brentford in September.
But despite this, Marsch recently re-affirmed his commitment to his coaching principle of honesty in an interview with Sky Sports.
"Some people might not like my openness," said Marsch.
"Some people describe it as an American way, I don’t know that every coach in America speaks so openly the way I do.
"I think I don’t try to hide from things, I don’t try to twist things, I try to be straightforward and honest with myself and with the interactions I have. If people don’t like that, I can live with that.
"I think when the team plays well that people tolerate me more for being American or coaching the way I am or my personality. When we aren’t as successful, then people pick holes in what I do and who I am. That is normal in this business."
