Javi Gracia says he will be delighted for the owners and board members at Leeds United if he can orchestrate the club's survival, because he knows how hard they are working to help him keep the club in the Premier League.
The likes of Sporting Director Victor Orta has become the man who a large percentage of supporters have directed their frustration and anger at in recent weeks on the back of a poor run of results. Orta, along with Chief Executive Angus Kinnear and co-owner Andrea Radrizzani, have become the public targets, with Gracia parachuted into the role and almost immune from much of the criticism around the squad, although not team selection.

Ahead of one of the biggest games played at Elland Road for many years when Leicester City come to town on Tuesday night, Gracia spoke about unity and support, which he will hope is echoed throughout the ground against the Foxes. Asked if that support was being shown to him from those above during this difficult period for the club, the manager said the board were visible with their support.
"Yeah, I do my job in the training ground. I can see Victor, Angus around the team, after the game, before the game, all the game, supporting the team and supporting me," explained Gracia.
"What I can say is what I said before, I will be very happy for these people because I know the effort they're doing to finish well."
