Leeds United midfielder Weston McKennie has admitted that he is "not ready" to reveal the meaning behind his celebration with Christian Pulisic after scoring for the United States in their 7-1 win over Grenada. However, the Whites star admitted that fans may well get an answer in the near future should they keep scoring.
Both McKennie and Pulisic got on the scoresheet during the demolition of Grenada in their CONCACAF Nations League match in the early hours of Saturday morning. The Leeds midfielder registered a brace as he scored two goals inside the area, including a well-taken acrobatic volley on the turn.
Pulisic had a hand in five of the seven goals as he too found the back of the net himself on one occasion. The victory leaves the USMNT top of their group as they overcame the absence of captain Tyler Adams after he picked up a hamstring injury in training - leaving him a doubt for Leeds' clash against Arsenal on Saturday.

Away from the goal itself, McKennie's celebration with Pulisic after the Leeds man's first goal caught the eye as the pair showed off a pre-planned handshake routine. Yet when quizzed about the rehearsed move after the full-time whistle, the goalscorer refused to give anything away.
"To be completely honest, we talked about it but we're not there yet ready to share what it means," McKennie said. "It's just an inside thing between us. Maybe if it happens more often then we'll come out and say why."
