A lucky Leeds street has won up to £3,000 in the People’s Postcode Lottery ahead of the weekend.
It was announced this morning (Friday) Mendip Close in Garforth LS25 2HU were one of the winners of the daily prize handed to 20 players everyday.
Every day 20 postcodes can win £1,000, however, this doubles to £2,000 if they play with two tickets and £3,000 with three tickets.

This wasn’t the only postcode in Leeds to be chosen for the jackpot prize this week.
On February 8, Royal Drive, Hunslet, were also winners of the daily prize.
The People’s Postcode Lottery is a subscription lottery which raises money for charities.
Players sign up with their postcode and pay £10 per month and they are automatically entered into every draw and prizes are announced every day of the month.
