Leeds Rhinos player ratings after frantic draw with Huddersfield Giants

Leeds Rhinos had to settle for a point after giving away a 20-10 lead against Huddersfield Giants. Here are the player ratings.

Jack Walker - 5: Went off injured in the first-half without having time to stamp his authority on the game.

Liam Tindall - 6: Went on one marauding run that got the crowd going. Nothing of note, good or bad, otherwise.

Tom Briscoe - 6: Was much better carrying the ball out of yardage compared to recent weeks. Struggled a bit with Ricky Leutele but was always leading the kick chases.

Alex Mellor - 7: Big call by Jamie Jones-Buchanan to pick him at centre but barring one mix up for the first try he defended well and came up with some decent carries.

Ash Handley - 7: Leeds' most consistent performer was at it again. A tonne of carries including a key one just after Leeds had conceded that saw him make 40 metres. A penalty followed and Leeds scored from it.

Blake Austin - 6: Didn't offer a running threat but his gigantic bombs got Leeds out of trouble several times. Kicked out on the full near the end which was a blotch on his game with the boot and it proved ever so costly as Huddersfield scored then scored again.

Liam Sutcliffe - 7: Took his try very well and offered threat with the ball unlike we've seen from a Leeds player in weeks.

Matt Prior - 7: Back to something like his best. Lead Leeds' middle unit defensively.

Kruise Leeming - 6: A quiet night for the Leeds captain but didn't do anything notably wrong.

Mikolaj Oledzki - 7: Started the game slow but once he settled he was superb.

Rhyse Martin - 8: Provided genuine, legitimate strike all night. Carried hard, punched holes and scored by going through Chris McQueen.

James Bentley - 7: Was all over the pitch trying to come up with little wins for his team. His best performance in a Leeds shirt so far.

Cameron Smith - 7: Came up with some nice little passes that breached the Giants. Defensively better too.

James Donaldson - 5: Never really got to grips with the game.

Morgan Gannon - 7: Came up with big plays both ends of the pitch, getting to a scheming grubber ahead of chasing Huddersfield men and scoring the try that ultimately won the game.

Zane Tetevano - 6: A steady enough return from suspension.

Brad Dwyer - 6 : Injected his usual energy into the game.
