Leeds Rhinos facing injury crisis as key creative men all ruled out for Toulouse Olympique trip

Rohan Smith is facing a selection headache with all of Leeds Rhinos; senior playmakers set to miss Saturday's clash with Toulouse Olympique. Aidan Sezer will join Kruise Leeming (foot) and Blake Austin (calf) on the sidelines for the trip to face Super League's basement side.

It means Leeds are missing their captain and influential hooker, as well as their first choice halfbacks. The likes of teenager Jack Sinfield will be tasked with stepping up in their absence. It adds to a wider selection problem within the Rhinos squad. Matt Prior, Zane Tetevano, Harry Newman, Tom Holroyd and Muizz Mustapha are all suspended while Tom Brisoce remains injury. Zak Hardaker has been named in the squad despite being withdrawn during the Magic Weekend win over Castleford Tigers.

It has resulted in Leeds only naming a 20-man squad for a second-week running. New loan signing Yusuf Aydin is among those to come into the squad to take on a Toulouse side that has won back-to-back games and could climb off the bottom of Super League with victory on Saturday.

As for Toulouse, they are without Andrew Dixon and Lloyd White for the contest but are fully fit otherwise.

Leeds Rhinos squad: David Fusitu'a, Liam Sutcliffe, Ash Handley, Mikolaj Oledzki, James Bentley, Rhyse Martin, Brad Dwyer, Richie Myler, Cameron Smith, Bodene Thompson, Morgan Gannon, Sam Walters, Jarrod O'Connor, James Donaldson, Corey Johnson, Max Simpson, Liam Tindall, Jack Sinfield, Zak Hardaker, Yusuf Aydin.
