Residents in a Beeston street have been left 'scared' this after a man was found on fire 'screaming' this morning.
Around 7.40am, emergency services rushed to Bismark Street and found the man with serious burns, the man was rushed to hospital in an ambulance and is currently in a critical condition.
Two fire engines arrived from Hunslet before leaving around 9.04am. West Yorkshire Police officers were still in the area this afternoon.

Enquiries to establish the cause of the fire are ongoing, but residents have claimed the man set fire to himself.
Bilkissu, who lives on the street, said: “By the time I went out the fire was already off but he was laying down on the floor.
"From what people said he put petrol on himself and set himself on fire, luckily someone came out and put water on him. Police came before the ambulance.
"It was scary to see as it’s very close to home.”
One 34-year-old, who did not want to be named, who also lives on the street, said: “I saw him screaming on the floor in the garden.”
A spokesperson for West Yorkshire Fire and Rescue Service said: "Called with reports of person on fire/burnt. Two crews sent from Hunslet.
"On arrival one male casualty with burns transported to hospital by ambulance. Crews left the scene at 9:04am and the incident has been handed over to West Yorkshire Police."
A West Yorkshire Police spokesperson confirmed: "At 7.39am today, police were called to an incident in Bismarck Street, Beeston, where a man had been on fire and received serious burn injuries. He was taken to hospital by ambulance for emergency treatment and is in a critical condition.
"A scene is in place in Bismarck Street and enquiries are ongoing to establish the full circumstances of the incident. While enquiries remain at an early stage, there is not believed to have been anyone else involved."
