I'm a Celebrity star and Paralympian Kadeena Cox has opened up about her experience with an eating disorder in order to help raise awareness for eating disorder awareness week.
First sharing her experiences back in 2019, the star told of how she balanced rehabilitation from her stroke with an eating disorder.
On the Prevayl: Better Begins Here podcast, Kadeena previously explained "disordered eating became a big part of my life.

"I went from being an elite athlete prior to becoming ill, to be doing nothing, being on steroids and my mother feeding me."
Taking to Instagram today (February 28) the star shared a video of herself in a sports bra and pants, reflecting on her body image.
She wrote above the clip "praying one day I can look in the mirror and love what I see.".
Addressing her followers, she wrote: "eating disorders are not a trend.
"This week is eating disorder awareness week so I'll be sharing my struggles and the realities of being an athlete with an ED.
"Unfortunately it's more common within sport than most realise."
Kadeena used hashtags such as #eatingdisorderrevovery and #buliamarecovery.
Kadeena won the 400m athletics event and the cycling time trials event at Rio in 2016, bagging herself two gold medals.
She achieved two more gold medals at the Tokyo 2020 Paralympic Games,winning the cycling time trials event again and winning the mixed team sprint events.
