If you’re headed to Leeds the weekend the last thing you want to be concerned with is getting lost amongst tens of thousands of other festival guests.

Luckily, we’ve got you covered with this handy guide to help you better find your way around Leeds fest this weekend.

Leeds Festival toilets

Although it’s far from the most glamorous part of the festival experience, knowing where the site toilets are incredibly important.

Being able to locate a toilet at a festival can mean the difference between fantastic festival preparation and suffering discomfort throughout your favourite artist’s set because you’re busting for a wee and couldn’t find the porta-loos in time.

At Leeds Fest 2021, there are eight separate toilet locations in the main festival campsites and 12 (including accessible toilets for disabled guests) in the arena.

Toilets for the red and blue campsites are located at the border between zones F and E in the red camp.

Orange camp toilers are in zone E, near the LS23 stage and purple camp toilets are in zone C. For anyone staying in the green campsite there are two sets of toilets in zones B and F and toilets for the brown and pink moon campsites are in zones A and D of the brown campsite.

Yellow camping toilets are located in zone A and guest and camping toilets are located in zone C.

Before you enter the arena there are also loos across from the first aid tent.

Inside the Arena there are toilets between the Alternative Stage and the Festival republic stage and just before the bar near the Main Stage West.

There are also too loos towards the northern edge of the arena as you approach the Main Stage East and one in the south-eastern corner just behind the Press and Guest area.

The first of the seven accessible toilets after the arena entrance can be found by the BBC 1 Dance Stage, the Festival Republic Stage, the BBC 1Xtra stage and the Alternative stage.

There’s another accessible loo just outside of the arena first aid tent and two more as you approach the Main Stage East.

Leeds Festival stages

There are seven different stages in this year’s Leeds festival arena. Mainstage West, the first of the two largest stages, can be found directly ahead of the arena entrance. To locate Mainstage East from their you just need to go forwards and slightly to the right.

The smaller stages are all nearer to the arena entrance, with the BBC Radio 1 Dance Stage and the Alternative Stage to the left and right of the arena entrance respectively.

The BBC Radio 1Xtra stage where the likes of Shaybo, Ghetts and Ivorian Doll will be performing, is tucked just behind the BBC Radio 1 Dance Stage and the Festival Republic stage is behind the Alternative stage.

The BBC Music Introducing stage stands alone in the middle of the arena and you’ll see it as you approach the Main Stage West.

Inside the campsites, there’s the Piccadilly Stage on the corner where the blue and orange campsites meet, the LS23 stage in an area of forestry between the red and orange campsites and the Anachronica stage just behind the purple campsite in Funfair zone B.

Leeds Festival first aid, mobile phone charging points and more

The safety points to memorise are the first aid and welfare tents. They are located to the left-hand side, just before you enter the arena and inside the arena behind and to the right of the Mainstage West.

There are also charge candy points at which you can charge your phone, one of them is by the welfare tent outside the arena and the other is the other is just behind the Festival Republic Stage.

This year the festival also has a funfair, cinema and silent disco. The cinema is inside the arena next to the BBC 1Xtra stage and the silent disco is inbetween the camping plus and accessible campsites. Thrill seekers can find the funfair to the north of the purple campsite.

Leeds Festival 2021 also has bars, several different food vendors, showers, refill points for water and Co-op shop where guests can purchase food and drink inside the arena.
