Simon Bratley, 53, a cleaner who lives nearby the caravan on Tinshill Lane, said saw lots of activity by the caravan park yesterday and was concerned for residents.
He said: "Last night I came in my car and had a look but I wasn't allowed on site. There were many [emergency] vehicles, I could see a fire engine and a police van. Police weren't letting anyone on site.
"In a way it was concerning, you don't really see much like this going on."
