Lee McCulloch has opened up on life after Hearts and admits 'no doubt I'll start getting itchy feet soon.'
The former Rangers star left the Tynecastle club alongside Robbie Neilson after he was axed during the last campaign. Steven Naismith came in as interim boss and is now part of the permanent set-up at the Jambos as they bid to improve on last season. A fourth placed finish earned a shot at Europa Conference League qualifying but guaranteed group stage football goes to Aberdeen after they finished third - a luxury the Gorgie side enjoyed last term under Neilson and McCulloch.
The duo had an impressive third place finish and also picked up two group stage wins over RFS but a horror run of results meant time for change in the capital with both out of work since. Jig has spent some of his time reflecting on what went wrong and admits he is enjoying his time out with his family.

But knows that won't last forever and he will be desperate to get back in at some point.
He told the Scottish Sun: "I am just enjoying some family time now.
"The coaching world can take over your life at times, leaving at six in the morning and not back until seven at night. It's good to have a long lie sometimes!
"I am doing a bit of reflecting as well, about what went wrong in the Hearts job.
"I'm really enjoying my time out, but I've no doubt ill start getting itchy feet soon."
