Los Angeles Lakers superstar LeBron James suffered a strained left adductor nearly two weeks ago when his team lost to the Los Angeles Clippers on Nov. 9.
Without him, L.A. is on a three-game winning streak, which started with a victory over the surging Brooklyn Nets, 116-103.
The team takes on the Phoenix Suns, a team that will be without Chris Paul, Cameron Johnson and Landry Shamet, on Tuesday night, and, unfortunately, James will be out yet again.
Head coach Darvin Ham has said the Lakers will be “as cautious as possible” with the four-time MVP, especially since it is so early in the season.
Their recent success, as well as the return of Dennis Schroder and Thomas Bryant, may give them a bit more leeway as far as letting James take his time.

After competing against the Suns, the Lakers will play back-to-back games in Texas versus the San Antonio Spurs on Friday and Saturday. It remains to be seen if the two days off after Tuesday’s contest will give James adequate time to heal enough to return to game action in at least one of the games against San Antonio.
