It’s been a pretty wild week for Shannon Sharpe. The Damar Hamlin situation started things after the Bills’ DB collapsed on the field.
As a former football player himself, Shannon Sharpe obviously felt for Hamlin — especially so considering that his brother, Sterling, was paralyzed on the field himself once. The situation hit close to home.
So when his Undisputed co-host, Skip Bayless, tweeted a ridiculous tweet about the situation, Sharpe seemed to be ticked off. So much so that he didn’t show up to work the very next day. Viewers speculated it was because he was upset with Bayless’ tweet that he eventually asked him to take down live on air. Bayless refused while interrupting a heartfelt monologue from Sharpe on Hamlin while live on the air.
So, yeah. Sharpe deserves to have a good moment this week. And he had a pretty cool one at the Lakers game. LeBron James came over to show the FS1 host love after the Lakers beat the Hawks on Friday.

Sharpe and James are friends, certainly. But Sharpe is also a huge fan of James, too. Bayless hates it. It’s safe to say he’s not a fan.
So when Sharpe got this love from James after the game, the entire internet made Skip Bayless jokes. They were hilarious — especially considering the events that happened earlier in the week.
The Bayless-Sharpe beef lives on.
