Mere days after his frightening cardiac arrest during a USC basketball practice, Trojans guard Bronny James appears to be back on his feet.
James’s father LeBron James—Lakers forward and the NBA's all-time leading scorer — posted an Instagram Reel Saturday morning of his eldest son playing the piano with his siblings watching.
“Man of many talents,” LeBron chuckled at the video’s conclusion.
He shared effusive support for his son in the caption as well, which amassed north of 100,000 likes in under 10 minutes.
"GRAND RISING!! God Is Great!" LeBron wrote. "YOU ARE AMAZING!!! Simple as that!... We’re here right with you every step of the way!"
News broke of Bronny's Monday collapse on Tuesday, with TMZ reporting he was “rushed to a hospital after suffering cardiac arrest during a basketball workout.” He was stabilized and discharged from Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in Los Angeles on Thursday.
USC opens its season on Nov. 6 against Kansas State in Las Vegas. The timeline for Bronny to return to basketball activities is unclear at this time.
