Since entering into cardiac arrest during a USC practice on July 24, Trojans guard Bronny James has increased his public engagement gradually. He reportedly went to dinner with family in the week following the incident and was filmed playing the piano by his father LeBron just days after the medical emergency. This Saturday, he went to see the Dodgers.
Late Tuesday night, however, the James family took their biggest step yet on a return to their version of normalcy.
LeBron and Bronny James flanked Drake as he took the stage for a concert at the Crypto.com Arena in Los Angeles, tailing the rap icon to massive cheers from a capacity crowd.

It’s not the first time that Drake—currently touring with 21 Savage behind 2022’s Her Loss—has taken the stage with athletes this year. The Blue Jays fan was flanked by Yankees outfielders Aaron Judge and Giancarlo Stanton at Madison Square Garden on July 23.
Needless to say, with the younger James on the road to recovery, this entrance presumably meant a little bit more to all involved.
