Leandro Trossard hasn't ruled out the possibility of leaving Brighton amid links to Arsenal and Chelsea.
The 27-year-old forward has hit the headlines in recent days after he scored a hat-trick in the Seagulls' 3-3 draw with Liverpool on Saturday. Trossard will remember the day he scored a treble at Anfield for the rest of his life - and what a hat-trick it was. His first was an excellent finish, as the Belgian spun past Trent Alexander-Arnold before lashing the ball into the bottom corner less than four minutes into the Premier League clash.
His second was another superb strike as he wrapped up a fine Brighton move. He managed to beat the offside trap before lashing the ball with his left foot into the corner despite the best efforts from Alisson, who got a hand on it. Then Trossard capped a fine performance with his third and yet another with his weaker left foot, slotting into the roof of the net following Kaoru Mitoma's cross.
After scoring a sublime treble on Merseyside, Trossard hinted that he wouldn't rule out a move away from the Seagulls, presenting his club with a headache ahead of the January transfer window. Voetbal Belgie reported in the summer that Arsenal were tracking Trossard's progress with a view to a possible move, while Chelsea have also been linked with the player, who worked under Graham Potter.
In a fresh update, Trossard has suggested he could leave Brighton if the right club comes calling. Speaking to the BBC's Monday Night Club, he said: "It’s difficult to say anything about that now, it completely depends on which club would come. If I feel good and things are good on a private level… but I also know how good I am at Brighton, also with new coach Roberto De Zerbi it looks promising.

"I’m a little higher up the pitch now, which gives me more chances to score a goal. And the more chances you get, the more you can score. I think that’s the biggest difference from the last few years."
Since making the move to Brighton for around £17.7million from Belgian outfit Genk, Trossard has made 112 appearances for the club across all competitions, whilst featuring 17 times for his country during that time. Arsenal were looking to bolster their forward line in the summer and were also tracking Raphinha's services, but Trossard is no doubt showing why the Gunners were in for him as well.
After scoring a hat-trick against Liverpool, Trossard said: "[It is] Always nice when you can score, especially three at Anfield. It's a shame we couldn’t get all three points. Maybe one way [the result was fair], I think we could have scored more but towards the end it was fair, but you always want more especially if you’re 2-0 up.
"Obviously it's a big game, you always want to show yourself in the best possible way. I'm happy with the team, we reacted brilliantly after we went down as well."
