One of Wales' leading commercial law firms has expanded its UK footprint with the acquisition of specialist dental legal advisory firm Goodman Grant.
Acuity Law has bought the Liverpool-headquartered law firm, which provides specialist legal advice to dentists, for an undisclosed amount.
The deal hopes to strengthen Acuity's position within the healthcare sector and is part of its UK expansion strategy. The Cardiff-headquartered firm has completed £250m of deals in the last three years and opened a new office in Bristol in May this year on the back of its recently launched consultancy arm, Acuity Consult.
