Lawrence Shankland has opened up on Stephen Humphrys Hearts wondergoal and the instruction he screamed at him before unleashing his stunner.
The Jambos responded to their midweek disappointment at Tynecastle against Rangers to secure all three points in front of the Gorgie faithful in a comeback win over Dundee United. The visitors took the lead through Steven Fletcher before being reduced to ten men and patience paid off for the hosts as Shankland levelled with just under 20 minutes to play. Alex Cochrane added a second minutes later to turn the game on its head before Humphrys netted the goal of his career to make sure the full compliment of points stayed in the capital.
The stand-in Hearts skipper joked that his team-mate played as if he was in UGG BOOTS in training on the day before the match but his effort with his WEAKER foot was in as soon as it left his boot. But things may well have turned it much differently had the striker listened to the call barked out by the Scotland international in the build-up to the strike.

He explained: "If you'd see have seen him in training on Friday, you'd have thought he had Ugg Boots on! We were joking after it, I said to him that he's to leave the six yard box to me, he can do those ones.
"I was playing at the back at that point and he was getting hauled down. I was screaming at him to go down as it was that late in the game so he could have won a foul.
"But it was actually on his weaker foot! He's right-footed and he has caught it so sweet that it was one of those ones, as soon as it left his foot you are running to celebrate it."
Victory got Robbie Neilson's men back on track after losing their ten game unbeaten run. They are the team to catch in the race for third spot behind Celtic and Rangers with the focus now turning to the Scottish Cup against Hamilton Accies on Friday night.
The winner of the tie will advance to the quarter-final stage and learn their last eight fate early next week with Hampden and dreams of lifting the famous old trophy moving one step closer.
