Lawmakers allege Biden committed impeachable offenses, demand evidence and bank records

U.S. President Biden visits Israel amid the ongoing conflict between Israel and Hamas

In the latest developments surrounding the Biden impeachment inquiry, three leading lawmakers, including the House Oversight Committee Chairman James Comer, House Judiciary Committee Chair Jim, and House Ways and Means Committee Chairman Jason Smith, have provided their reactions to the testimonies and allegations raised during the hearing.

During the inquiry, Tony Bobulinski, a key witness, revealed several significant details. He testified that Joe Biden was aware of his involvement and had multiple conversations with him. Bobulinski stated that Joe Biden expressed gratitude for his work with his brother and son. This contradicts Joe Biden's previous claims of not discussing his family's business dealings.

Bobulinski also shed light on CEFC, a Chinese company attempting to implement its Belt and Road Initiative in the United States. It was alleged that the Bidens were offered financial compensation for their influence to ease trade barriers for CEFC. Bobulinski, under oath, claimed that Joe Biden was working for the Chinese as the 'brand.'

The lawmakers stressed the importance of obtaining more information, such as Joe Biden's classified documents, pseudonym email accounts, and bank records. They expressed the need for transparency and access to the evidence collected during the investigation. They also highlighted the inconsistencies in the White House's statements regarding Joe Biden's involvement in his family's business affairs.

Regarding the credibility of the witnesses, Bobulinski's testimony corroborated the information provided by two IRS whistleblowers that highlighted Joe Biden as the 'brand' and the Biden family's business activities with foreign entities.

The lawmakers outlined potential charges against Joe Biden, including obstruction, money laundering, bribery, and violations of the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act. They mentioned potential crimes such as securities fraud and wire fraud involving other family members.

Moving forward, the lawmakers plan to depose additional witnesses, including Jim Biden and Hunter Biden. They emphasized the need to complete the investigation to determine the next steps, which may include issuing subpoenas to Joe Biden if necessary. They stressed that their focus is on uncovering the truth and ensuring justice.

While it is uncertain whether Joe Biden will be impeached as a result of the ongoing investigation, the lawmakers find the evidence compelling and acknowledge the significance of their findings. They will continue to monitor the situation closely and report any further developments.

The impeachment inquiry surrounding Joe Biden continues to evolve, and the American people eagerly await the release of additional transcripts and information that will shed light on the allegations made against the President.
