Lauren Goodger has vowed to be "strong" for her daughter Larose after she started a fitness regime to work on the body that she "hated".
The former The Only Way Is Essex star, 35, made the emotional statement on her Instagram Stories on Sunday to her 894,000 followers.
In July, Lauren announced the heartbreaking news that her newborn daughter Lorena had passed away shortly after being born.
She has been open about her struggles ever since the devastating tragedy and she once again poured her heart out on social media to try to be the best mum for Larose by deciding to start a fitness regime.
Lauren admitted she still has her "hard days or nights" and spoke about the body she "hated" after back to back pregnancies.
She wrote: "I've been through a lot lately and still have my hard days or nights I wake up crying etc.
"But I am strong and I have a little princess who I need to show how to be kind, strong, and an independent woman etc."
She added: "I've had two babies back to back and my body I feel I hated, I wasn't me. I lost myself completely.
"I've lost some weight now (baby weight) and I've just gone back to the gym (today) so I've started a new page @laurengoodgerbodyx.
"I'm not a nutritionist, I'm not a PT, everything I show is my own. Things I will show... my cooking, my training and my body and I am also not selling nothing. It's just for fun."
Lauren said she was on the "road to self love" last month after she got a 'refresh' makeover by getting lip and nose filler and Botox for the first time in two years.
Taking to Instagram, Lauren sported a face full of numbing cream and told her followers: "Hi Guys, I'm at Cosmetics in Essex getting some filler in my lips, nose and Botox. It's been over two years and I'm so excited."
She also posed for a snap in the salon before her treatment, with the salon writing: "Pleasure having @laurengoodger in today! We refreshed her face with some anti wrinkle injections, nose & lips.
"She’s had two consecutive pregnancies back to back and had no treatments for over two years! She's been through more than any woman can ever bare to imagine.
"What a strong unbelievable woman! It’s now time to focus on yourself moving forwards with your precious baby girl."
Lauren replied to the post: "So happy thank you it’s been a long time and I’m on the road to self love."
