TOWIE's Lauren Goodger has admitted she's terrified of giving birth again, after she thought she was going to die while giving birth to her first daughter.
Lauren, 35, fell pregnant with her second child just ten weeks after the arrival of her baby girl Larose in July.
In her Instagram stories last night, the former TOWIE cast member shared her fears for the upcoming birth.
She said: "Laying here so tired meant to of been sleep 2.5 hours ago! And all I can think about is labour!! Giving birth and I've got to do it all again... Scared."
Lauren gave birth at home, in a drug-free labour, describing it as the "hardest thing I've ever done in my life", and feared she was going to die due to the pain and constant contractions.
In a follow-up post this morning, the influencer said despite her fears she knows she will be strong.
She said: "Thank you for all the DMS about my labour! I've got an 8 month old and I'm over 7 months pregnant... Not long and I do a homebirth that is natural... (some gas and air) don't like it.
"So I feel everything I'm so scared but I know I am strong and go into my zone."
"My last labour I wouldn't let anyone talk or touch me or look at me... I was like a horse in the corner of the room.
"But in the end Charlie was behind me lifting my legs back until I stood up to push baby girl out."
This week it was revealed Lauren has reunited with Charles Drury, the father of her children, after their split.
Lauren decided to give Charles, 24, a second chance after she discovered that he had spent a night with another woman while they were on a break last year.
"Lauren and Charles got back together last week. Charles has been pulling out all the stops and stepped his game up when it comes to being there for Lauren and Larose," a source told OK! Magazine.
"He realises he made a mistake and he loves Lauren and wants his family unit back."
Last month, Lauren admitted she thought about getting an abortion after falling pregnant with her second child, and splitting with Charles.
Lauren told The Sun : "I was in two minds. I wasn’t sure of the right thing to do and was worried if all this would be fair on Larose.
"I didn’t want her to feel confused — she’s been my No1 and I would never want her to think that had changed. Plus, the situation with me and Charlie wasn’t great.
"Everybody said, ‘Lauren, don’t go ahead — you’re fine with one child’. There was a lot to think about."
After thinking long and hard about it all, Lauren decided that being a single mum didn't scare her and that although it would be hard, it would be a "lovely challenge".
