Laura Whitmore admits the 'juggle is real' as she shares rare snap of daughter

Laura Whitmore admitted the 'juggle is real' as she shared a rare picture of her daughter.

The Love Island presenter took to her Instagram page to post a few pictures of her cuddling with the little one.

Both mother, 37, and daughter were enjoying the views of the boats as they walked along a port.

One snap showed her daughter pointing at the sky while mum held on to her and another snap showed the duo having a cuddle.

"The juggle is real… but the cuddles are the best!" she captioned the post

Her baby looked adorable in a white outfit covered in fun patterns as well as a bright yellow bucket hat.

Her mum looked gorgeous in a white dress decorated with cartoon fruit.

She tied her blonde hair up in a simple bun and accessorised with black sunglasses.

Fans were gushing over the photos and took to the comment section to compliment both mum and daughter.

"The cuddles always make it better," one user said while another added: "aww so beautiful Laura."

A follower posted: "Oh this is so gorgeous," along with a heart eye emoji.

"Ah so adorable," one said while another wrote: "Gosh I hear you hun xx."

The presenter has never revealed the exact date she gave birth last year, but her daughter is thought to have recently turned one.

Both Laura and Iain have kept their child out of the spotlight since she was born and only post photos that don’t show her face.

Shortly after welcoming her daughter last year, she said people had told her she was going to struggle after giving birth.

She said this made her feel “a bit guilty” for being so happy, as it was the opposite of how everyone said she would feel.

Urging women to support one another rather than knock each other down, she said: “Little tip for speaking to new mums....everyone has a different experience so please don’t put your opinion or expectation on them.”

Sharing what happened to her, Laura continued: “I’ve been told I won’t be able to leave the house and should feel s**t.

“But I actually feel the best I’ve ever felt and the happiest I’ve been in my entire life. And maybe feel a bit guilty for feeling good as I’ve been told I shouldn’t.”
