Living in Britain, often the weather isn't good enough for you to hang the clothes on the washing line.
And some of us don't have an outdoor space to dry clothes, so have to rely on the power of the dryer to get things prepped for the wardrobe.
However, there are some products which should not be dried with heat, as they could get ruined.
Thankfully, TikToker @TrueEarthMovement has got some helpful advice and has warned people about what is not safe for the dryer.
The first thing mentioned which should never go in the dryer is workout clothing - as "heat is not good for elastic."
Heat can cause the elastic material to lose its stretchiness, meaning the garment may not fit as well in the future.

She then recommended not putting anything with sequins or beads in the dryer.
The video shows a t-shirt with a sequinned logo as she waggles her finger in a 'no' motion.
If things with sequins or beading are put in the dryer, the design could come off leaving you with half a logo.
They could also damage the dryer itself - falling into grooves and holes inside it causing serious issues.
Next, underwear should always be air-dried.
This is because it contains a lot of elastic to help it fit properly, and the waistband was pulled to demonstrate its stretchiness.
Also, she recommends keeping leggings ('tights') out of the dryer - again because of the elastic content in the garment.
People were grateful for the advice, but it was too late for some who had fallen foul of their dryers.
One TikTok user commented: "Wish my friend saw this before borrowing my newly bought party dress that was practically made of sequins!"
"Basically anything with elastic stretch", another added.
"That’s half my clothing lol", someone joked.
