The red carpet of the 2024 edition of the Latin American Music Awards (Latin AMAs) was a showcase of Latin beauty, daring looks and interesting choices that veered between the amazing and the almost disgusting. Among the best dressed were Mexican American artist Becky G, who was one of the hosts of the gala.
One of the best dressed was Univision's conductor and one of the panelists of the show "Desiguales," the Venezuelan star Migbelis Castellanos. Her colleague in "Desiguales," Dominican-American singer and presenter Amara La Negra, also slayed in a baby blue dress with a siren cut. Anitta and host Alejandra Espinoza stole the show with interesting and almost opposite looks. The Brazilian artist was wearing a very short black dress, while the Mexican artist was in a very textured violet dress.
Mexican Peso Pluma didn't walk the red carpet but was part of Univision's pre-show, wearing all black pants and shirt with a metallic jacket. He appeared with Puerto Rican star Arcángel, who was informal, but well combined with a red bucket hat, a red shirt, and black pants with red dots.
Mexican singer Camila Fernández, daughter of Alejandro Fernández, was gorgeous, with her makeup and her black with colorful flowers dress more than on-point. She was perfect. Marc Anthony and his wife, Nadia, were the chicest couple, both in red.
Among the worst dressed were Venezuelan urban Latin music artist Danny Ocean, whose look was beyond underwhelming. The members of the Mexican-American quartet Eslabón Armado also didn't look like they made any effort.
Thalía, another host and performer of the Latin AMAs, surprised with a bodysuit, from top to boots, all in fiery red. She accessorized the outfit with a huge bow and an even bigger hat. It wasn't her best red carpet outfit, but for sure it will be unforgettable.
Hosted by Becky G, Thalía, Alejandra Espinoza, and Carlos Ponce, the Latin AMAs is celebrated its 10th anniversary this year. The show was completely bilingual, with hosts and nominees alternating between both languages, and with a heavy presence of social media content creators both on the broadcast and the digital emission.
