AUSTRALIAN VACCINATION NUMBERS:
* There have been 55,042,007 vaccine doses administered in the national COVID-19 rollout up to Friday, including 107,936 recorded in the previous 24 hours.
* Of that total, 34,706,891 have been administered by Commonwealth facilities, an increase of 83,999 in the previous 24 hours.
* State and territory facilities have administered 20,335,116 vaccines, an increase of 23,937 in the previous 24 hours.
* 96.53 per cent of people aged 16 and over have had at least one dose of a COVID-19 vaccine and 94.73 per cent are double vaccinated.
* A total of 12,162,575 people have received more than two doses - with a booster or top-up shot - an increase of 64,075 in the previous 24 hours.
AUSTRALIAN CORONAVIRUS NUMBERS:
* 31,721 new cases: 12,850 in NSW, 6075 in Victoria, 4029 in Queensland, 4300 in Western Australia, 2374 in South Australia, 1130 in Tasmania, 704 in the ACT and 259 in the Northern Territory.
* The national death toll is 5571 (+22): Victoria 2640 (+11), NSW 1973 (+4), Queensland 629 (+6), South Australia 221 (+1), ACT 37, NT 31, Tasmania 26 and WA 12. (Two Queensland residents who died in NSW have been included in the official tolls of both states).
GLOBAL CORONAVIRUS NUMBERS:
* Cases: at least 455,182,097
* Deaths: at least 6,036,020
* Vaccine doses administered: 10,667,182,216.
