Latest snapshot of coronavirus impact

A total of 11,927,321 Australians have received more than two doses of a COVID-19 vaccine. (AAP)

AUSTRALIAN VACCINATION NUMBERS:

* There have been 54,659,240 vaccine doses administered in the national COVID-19 rollout up to Monday, including 78,829 recorded in the previous 24 hours.

* Of that total, 34,406,650 have been administered by commonwealth facilities, an increase of 61,866 in the previous 24 hours.

* State and territory facilities have administered 20,252,590 vaccines, an increase of 16,963 in the past 24 hours.

* 96.45 per cent of people aged 16 and over have had at least one dose of a COVID-19 vaccine and 94.62 per cent are double vaccinated.

* A total of 11,927,321 people have received more than two doses - with a booster or top-up shot - an increase of 52,571 in the previous 24 hours.

AUSTRALIAN CORONAVIRUS NUMBERS:

* 31,540 new cases: 13,018 in NSW, 7043 in Victoria, 4397 in Queensland, 2847 in Western Australia, 2089 in South Australia, 1051 in Tasmania, 658 in the ACT and 437 the Northern Territory.

* The national death toll is 5442 (+17): Victoria 2600 (+6), NSW 1948 (+5), Queensland 596 (+5), South Australia 190, ACT 34, NT 30 (+1), Tasmania 26 and WA 11. (Two Queensland residents who died in NSW have been included in the official tolls of both states).

GLOBAL CORONAVIRUS NUMBERS:

* Cases: at least 447,881,420

* Deaths: at least 6,007,227

* Vaccine doses administered: 10,607,551,540
