Latest Premier League relegation odds as Leeds United remain favourites to beat drop

The Premier League relegation battle took another twist this weekend as Burnley moved out of the bottom three with a 1-0 win over Wolves. The Clarets made it seven points from their last nine available to plunge Everton deeper into trouble, while also hauling Leeds United back into the mix after a 16-day break between the 3-0 win at Watford and tonight’s trip to Crystal Palace.

Jesse Marsch’s side head to Selhurst Park looking to move seven points clear of the bottom three or face a real battle on their hands with Manchester City, Arsenal and Chelsea up next. With the fight to survive now looking as tight as ever, here is a look at the latest relegation odds from Sky Bet.

Leeds United – 4/1

Despite how the table has closed up, Leeds are still fairly long odds to be relegated from the Premier League at 4/1. The Whites can take a huge step towards survival in their game in hand against Palace, though a defeat could blow it wide open.

Crucially for Leeds, their destiny is still in their own hands and they enter tonight’s match at Palace on the back of a run of 10 points from their last four matches. Continue that momentum, and Leeds should be fine.

Burnley – 6/4

It’s certainly been a long time since Burnley were odds against to go down, but Mike Jackson’s men are now priced at 6/4. As aforementioned, the Clarets have been on an excellent run since Jackson took caretaker charge, which has helped to propel them out of the relegation zone.

Burnley still have a relatively favourable run of matches, too, with Watford, Newcastle United and Aston Villa twice still to play. They have now certainly given themselves a huge chance.

Everton – 10/11

After falling into the bottom three for the first time this season, Everton are now odds on to be relegated at 10/11. The Toffees have lost eight Premier League away matches in a row and are now two points adrift of safety.

Everton will be encouraged by their performance in the 2-0 defeat at Liverpool yesterday, but ultimately at this stage of the season results are what matters.
