Latest homes up for sale in Greater Manchester that are much cheaper than the region's average house price

Anyone who is looking for a new home at the moment may be concerned about whether or not now is the right time to buy. With just about everything going up in price at the moment, unfortunately, house prices are no exception.

The average property price in Greater Manchester currently stands at £242,386, which has gone up by 19% since the peak in 2019. This may be worrying for many first-time buyers as getting onto the property ladder can seem further out of reach.

However not all is lost for prospective buyers in the region as there are a fair few properties that have just come on the market that are selling for much cheaper than the average price.

Here are the latest properties for sale across Greater Manchester that you can bag for less than £240,000, with one home as cheap as £99,950.

Farnworth, Bolton
