Driving around Edinburgh whilst avoiding roadworks isn't always the easiest to keep on top of as the city prepares for an extension to the tramline.
The Trams to Newhaven project - which will add three miles to the existing tramline - is still planned to open in spring 2023, but as a result Leith Walk has undergone severe road closures and works over the past two years.
Over the weekend many roads were closed due to the Edinburgh Marathon as runners travelled from Holyrood to Musselburgh over a 26 mile route.

Ashburnham Road is closed at Station Road for the next five days as the council installs a raised crossing table.
Infirmary Street is closed in its entirety until 3pm due to filming - traffic can be held up for ten minutes as required between 6am and 3pm at High School Wynd.
Northfield Broadway has temporary traffic lights between Portobello Road and Royal High Primary School to give a cherry-picker to a phone mast - fortunately the closure should only be in place for the 30th.
There are lane closures at Hutchinson Cottages on Slateford Road for 'utility connections' - with the closures in place until next month, 19 June.
Cambridge Avenue has temporary traffic lights between Pilrig Street and Balfour Street for BT as they install cables - parking is suspended on both sides. They'll be in place until Friday 3 June.
The City of Council are resurfacing Wester Hailes Road (from the rail bridge for about 200m southwards) and there will be overnight closures every weeknight for the next two weeks. The road will be closed from 7pm - 6.30am each weeknight, a diversion is signed via Murrayburn Road.
There are three-way temporary traffic lights at Parkhead Loan on Longstone Road today, May 30, while Scottish Water carry out manhole repairs.

A year-long closure has also been shared today - the footpath between South College Street and Potterow is now closed due to a building refurbishment. There is a pedestrian diversion signed via the Potterow underpass.
St Catherine's Place is closed until Friday 3 June while the City of Edinburgh Council carries out carriageway resurfacing.
Riccarton Mains Road has temporary traffic lights today, May 30, while Scottish Water carry out manhole repairs.
